Equipment Returns

Returning equipment to the IT department? Follow these steps:

  1. Gather all your assigned EOI equipment including laptop, docking station, chargers, cables, headset, keyboard, mouse, monitor, etc.

2. Print and attach the shipping label to the box. You will receive a shipping label attached to an email from the EOI Support address (support@eoiservice.com). If you need a box with shipping material, please email back to the same email address and one can be mailed to you.

3. Head to the nearest FedEx Shipping location to drop off the package or call FedEx to request a pickup.

  1. Final step email Support that the package has been shipped.
