Equipment Returns

Returning equipment to the IT department? Follow these steps:

  1. Gather all your assigned EOI equipment including laptop, bag, chargers, cables, adapters, keyboard, mouse, monitor, etc.


2. Print and attach the shipping label to the box. You will receive a shipping label attached to an email from the EOI Support address (support@eoiservice.com)

3. Head to the nearest FedEx Shipping location or call FedEx to request a pickup.

If you need a box and packing materials to ship your return you can go to your local FedEx store and ask to have your items “Packed and Shipped”. You can use the EOI FedEx account number for the packaging expense.

We ALWAYS use ground shipping for returns unless otherwise approved for expedited express shipping.
