TalkDesk Speed and Network Quality Check
- Please click on the link below to be taken to TalkDesk built-in quality test.
- Once the page opens it will ask you to enter an email and reason please enter your EOI Service email and network check for reasoning.
- Click on ‘Start’ as shown below.
- The test will take 2-3 minutes to complete.
- It may ask you to use your microphone and click ‘Allow.’
- Once the test is complete these three squares in the upper right-hand corner appear.
- Click on the download icon and it will provide a PDF copy of the test.
- Please email the copy to support@eoiservice.com for review.
