- The first video will be the Talkdesk Basic please complete the video in sequence.
- Once you click on the first training it will ask you to begin the course.
- Before you can access the training, you will need to register. Please fill out.
- Your normal Talkdesk Credentials will not work you will need to register if it is your first time.
- Once you click ‘sign up’ you can view all courses.
- After you have successfully registered you can complete the training and quizzes at your own pace.
