How to accept Talkdesk Invitation

Accepting Talkdesk Invitation

To log in to Talkdesk for the first time, open the welcome email sent to you entitled: “Invitation Instructions” and click on the link that says “Accept Invitation”:

• If you do not see the invitation, please check your spam folder.
• Or reach out to support@eoiservice.com for an invitation to be resent. 
• You only need to accept the invitation ONCE. 

After you click the link, you will be asked to choose a password:

If you forget the password to log into Talkdesk/Mitel

• You can “forget password” where an email gets sent to your Eoiservice email to be reset.

Use Single Sign-On with Google to sign in. 

• This will authenticate your account through your Google account, making it easy without needing to place a password.
