Making Calls in Talkdesk Workspace

Calling a Client

  • Once you log in to TalkDesk click on the Conversations icon.

  • Before making a call make sure to select the case you are calling for.

  • Once the outbound number has been selected type the number you're trying to call and click on Call.

  • Once you click Call to place a call, your keypad will be replaced with the call control functions.

  • To finish the call, hit the End Call red button.

  • Once you finish the call, fill out the disposition and any notes if needed. Once that is done, click on Submit
