Making Calls in Talkdesk Workspace
Calling a Client
- Once you log in to TalkDesk click on the Conversations icon.
- Before making a call make sure to select the case you are calling for.
- Once the outbound number has been selected type the number you're trying to call and click on Call.
- Once you click Call to place a call, your keypad will be replaced with the call control functions.
- To finish the call, hit the End Call red button.
- Once you finish the call, fill out the disposition and any notes if needed. Once that is done, click on Submit
