Call Transfer In Talkdesk 

Making a Blind Transfer or Consult transfer in Talkdesk Workspace

Follow these steps to blind transfer a call to a ring group or agent, if you’re using the Keypad in Talkdesk Workspace:

  • Make sure you are on the conversation tab.
  • While on a call Click the “Blind Transfer” button.
  • Click on "Agents"
  • Type in the name or select the agent or ring group to transfer the call from the available drop-down menu.
  • It will automatically transfer the call to the next agent.

Adding a guest or consultant to the call in Talkdesk 

  • It will be the same steps as the previous steps above by clicking on the consult option or add a guest option.
  • From there you can type in the name or select the agent to join the call from the available drop-down men

Note that an agent has to be available for them to accept the call.
