How to Log into Talkdesk


Use the site below to access Talkdesk for Call Center calls

Make sure you bookmark the URL below for quicker access. 

https://eoiservicecompany.talkdeskid.com/login

If you forget the password to log into Talkdesk

  • You can hit “forgot password,” and an email will be sent to your EOI service email to reset it.

  • Use Single Sign-On with Google to sign in. "Login with Google"

  • This will authenticate your account through your Google account, making it accessible without needing to place a password. 

If you are not assigned to a case, you cannot access Talkdesk.
