Open the App Store, or Google Play, and search for Oracle CX Sales Mobile application, and then tap Install.
Open the app and accept the legal terms.
Click on the QR code to be used for signing in.
A notification will appear please Allow Oracle CX Sales to take a picture and record video.
Scan the QR code below to make sure to hold it steady and line up the square.
Enter your username and password once connected.
The username is the first initial last name. Ex: Jmendoza
The password will be a Default Password- EOIService!23
Below is an example of how it should look, then click next.
Depending on the device Oracle CX may ask for a quick sign like Face ID or Fingerprint but this is optional and you can skip the feature if you wish. You should have access to the Oracle CX mobile app after.
