How to view own call in TD workspace
View previous calls
- You can view own call by clicking on the activity section on the left hand side of Talkdesk.
- You can also filter to a specific time by clicking on the "filters" option on the right side of Talkdesk.
- On the filter section you can filter to specific call by activity, contact, agent, when and ring group type.
- Once filled click on "Apply"
