Talkdesk Workspace Listening to Previously Recorded Calls
To view previously recorded calls you will need to access the Contact app in one of two ways.
Click into your Contacts app on the left app bar. You can then search by the name, number, email, or company
Or, by searching in the Activities app by using "Filters" and setting the "Agent" field to "Me" hitting "Apply" then clicking into the contact from the filtered results. Clicking on the contact's name from the Activities app will automatically take you to the Contacts app with the selected contact information already loaded.
Once in Contacts, you will be able to select the Activity tab under the contact name and click on the specific activity to access the playback feature at the bottom right of the open window. See the picture example below.
