Chromebook Diagnostic Tests
Access "Settings" (gear icon) by clicking on the time at the bottom right corner of the Chromebook to bring up the menu below.

In the Settings window select "About ChromeOS" at the bottom left, then "Diagnostics". See the example pic below.

Once in the Diagnostics window, you can perform any of the three tests below one at a time to determine if there are any issues with your computer.
*Perform diagnostic tests one at a time.
(A) Battery (discharge test/1min)

(B) CPU (Stress test/5min)

(C) Memory (Stress Test/15min)

**Take note of any issues you may find and screen capture any important information/results to send to support via email.
