Google Drive PDF Full Access to Files

The following are steps to resolve the issue where you can't access the full document of a PDF file, where you can only see the first page when clicking on a file link from a case outline.

After clicking and following the link from the case outline to the PDF

Step 1. Click on the three dots next to your Google account at the top right. Then click on details. 

Step 2. From the Details window, click on the link next to Location. The link next to Location will take you to the Google Drive folder.

Step 3.  From the Location Folder, clicking on the PDF file will open the PDF with full access to all pages resolving the issue.
