Talkdesk Browser Cookies Clear

Problem: Sometimes you need help to see your call session, or nothing is showing up on your Talkdesk Workstation.

This article will explain one of the methods which should allow you to resolve this issue.

Step 1: Go on your Talkdesk

Step 2: look for the link and the locker symbol on the top left and click on it

Step 3: Click on Cookies and Site Data, then click on Manage Cookies and Site data

Step 4: A pop-up will appear in the middle. Click on the trash can symbol for Talkdesk (both trash cans) and delete them.

Step 5: A refresh button will appear on the top, asking if you want to refresh the page. You should click on it and let it refresh and reload.

After clearing the cookies and refreshing the page, you should be able to see your work area and call the station again.
