EOI Chromebook Check and Update
Equipment Check:
Should have the following items.
-Chromebook, Mouse and Keyboard, Headset, Monitor, Charger, and Adaptor
-Test all equipment to make sure it is working properly
Chromebook:
-Battery Check: Charge and get rid of the blinking red light. Charge for at least 30 minutes or leave charging overnight.
-Run Update in Chrome settings.
-Run Diagnostics (3): Battery (discharge test/1min), CPU (Stress test 5min), Memory (15min). For directions on running diagnostics see https://eoi.helpscoutdocs.com/article/270-chromebook-diagnostic-tests
-Bookmark Talkdesk on Chrome browser.
Google Account:
2 Step Authentication Check and make sure your account is enrolled in 2-step authentication and set up. To allow 2-Step Verification,
-Open your Google Account
-In the navigation panel, select Security.
-Under “Signing in to Google,” select 2-Step Verification and then Get started.
-Follow the on-screen steps.
